If the customer does not like the product received, you can return it within 14 days after delivery of the order indicated on the tracking.
Orders that are being processed/shipped cannot be stopped. If you wish to stop your order after the item has been packed, you must wait for the package and refuse to receive the package, after which it will be sent back. Your payment will be made when we have received the item and checked that the item is unused and in the original packaging.
If you have received the package, but wish to cancel the order, you must contact us at customer service info@steamdenmark.com to request cancellation of the order and return the item. You will then receive a return label within 48 hours to be attached to the item. The item will be returned in DK. When the item has been received and checked within 48 hours, we will refund your item minus any costs. This will happen within 10 working days at the latest. From the time you receive your receipt to the time the refund is made to your card, it will take 2-3 banking days.
To start the return request, please follow the instructions below:
- Send email to info@steamdenmark.com
-Select the order to be returned and send a message to Steam Denmark.
- on "Send request"
-Wait for the email with instructions within 48 business hours (also check your spam folder)
-Fashion nordic will send instructions to the customer.
- Return the product within 14 days of receiving the above email.
Quality control of returned goods:
Regardless of whether the item a customer has purchased or received is returned. The return will always be made to Steam Denmark in DK. It is the customer's security that receipt and refund of payment is made as quickly as possible, to and from Steam Denmark. Regardless of whether Steam Denmark must return the item to a third party warehouse, it is at no cost to Steam Denmark's customer. This is to ensure full transparency for the customer and from Steam Denmark, and the processing time is as quickly as possible. The customer may max. have to pay for the returned item.
Prices for returned goods in sales without the right to return..:
The price of a returned item will correspond to the current shipping price. The
shipping price is always calculated based on distance and weight. The amount will be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise agreed.
