Steam Denmark reserves the right not to refund the customer in the following cases:                                                                                                                                  - product that is not intact or whose original packaging (Package, Box, Packing        bag) is missing or damaged;
- returns that are not authorized in writing or that are received after the established deadlines.
- In the event of defective or non-compliant or non-conforming goods, it is necessary to make the request for return within 10 days of receipt of the order indicated on the tracking; You will be asked to describe the damage in detail and attach photos to prove the extent of the damage, sending all the details from your private area on our website.

Return procedure:
You can return the goods for reconsideration independently with your trusted courier or by using our couriers. The respective return costs for the products are always borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. If you choose our shipping service, you will be charged for your refund and any additional costs / customs duties at least 24 hours before the courier designated by us takes over. If, on the other hand, you choose your courier and return orders from a country outside the EU, the respective customs duties are at your expense and must be paid in advance and not at the destination.

Refund procedure:
The refund will be granted in the form of a cash refund, which will be credited to your account within a maximum of 10 banking days from receipt of the product.
